1.  Please provide - Full guest list (names, email addresses, dietary requirements). 
    

2. Bedroom allocations (occupant names, home addresses, any room requirements). 
    

3. Preferential B&B rates are available to hosts and guests: 2026@rutlandisgigantic.com 
    

4. Rooms for non-bedroom inclusive packages, allocated on a first come first serve basis. 
    

5. Tables must be paid for in full. Partial payments or per-seat purchases are not permitted. 
    

6. Please supply asap: company name, registered address and VAT details for invoicing. 
    

7. Invoices issued w/c: Mon 16th February 26 / Payment deadline: Thursday 26 February 26.
