Rutland is Gigantic: Governance, Transparency, and Financial Oversight
Rutland Is Gigantic is a fundraising initiative conceived by House of Rutland Ltd (“HOR Ltd”). The initiative is inspired by the song Gigantic by Will and The People, and permission has been granted by the artist for the song to be referenced and used in connection with the initiative. HOR Ltd acts as the producer and promoter of Rutland Is Gigantic and is responsible for:

Marketing and communications

Administration

Commercial partnerships and sponsorship

All initiative-related commercial financial management
HOR Ltd confirms that all commercial arrangements connected to Rutland Is Gigantic are conducted on a transparent and arm’s-length basis. Where sponsorship or commercial income is insufficient to meet delivery costs, HOR Ltd confirms that it will meet any such shortfall from its own funds.
HOR Ltd further pledges to donate 5% of its net distributable profits for the 2026 financial year to the Rutland Is Gigantic initiative.
In years to come, and in line with standard commercial event production practice, HOR Ltd charges a 25% management and production fee in respect of the services it provides. This fee is calculated as a percentage of gross commercial income, including:

The fee expressly excludes all:

All raffle and auction activity, together with personal fundraising donations associated with Rutland Is Gigantic, are administered in partnership with HOR Ltd’s appointed charity fundraising partner:

Funds are processed, held, and distributed in accordance with applicable charity fundraising regulations and platform governance standards. In the interests of full transparency and accountability, HOR Ltd commits to the preparation of independently prepared accounts relating to Rutland Is Gigantic 2026. Such accounts will be made available for independent review by representatives of the four beneficiary charities upon request.
Any individual, business, or institution claiming to act as a partner, sponsor, or representative of Rutland Is Gigantic must be formally authorised by HOR Ltd. If any individual or organisation has concerns regarding anything to do with Rutland Is Gigantic, or HOR Ltd, they are advised to contact HOR Ltd directly for formal verification.
